I have been redesigning Delivra since late December 2021, when Redbrick acquired the company and put me on the project. Ongoing, across the product.

Delivra was founded in 1999. By the time I started, design hadn't been a role on the team yet. The brief began as a paint job: refresh the visuals on top of existing layouts. It expanded into a full redesign, paired with a ground-up rewrite of the codebase.

The brief never let up: bring Delivra forward without unsettling the long-time users. Some flows got new UX, others kept their original shape on purpose.

Mateusz is someone I genuinely enjoy working with and deeply trust when it comes to design feedback and ideas.
